 Education

  •  Bachelor’s or Master's Degree specialization in B.Com or M.Com.

 Experience:

  •  Graduates with basic computer skills and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts/Billing/Computer Department are welcome to apply.

 Role Overview:

  •  This is a full-time on-site role for working at our showroom in Nazareth. 

Responsibilities:

  •  Candidates with a keen interest in Maintaining Accounts, Billing, POS, and learning computer applications are preferred.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Follow month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Own and address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivables.
  • GST Filing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the accounting activities and operations of accounts, computer applications, and the online division. 
  • Oversee daily accounting activities to ensure accuracy and proper execution, while maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records.
  • Reporting to the MD.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
  • File tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in forecasting activities.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial documentation.

Training for candidates:

  • On-the-job training will be given on ERP, CRM, Computer Applications, and maintaining stock and Accounts.

Must Have
