Role Overview:
· This is a full-time on-site role for working at our Showroom in Nazareth.
· The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing customer inquiries, maintaining follow-ups, handling complaints, and ensuring smooth post-sale service coordination.
· This role is critical in building trust and long-term relationships with customers while supporting showroom operations and sales efforts.
Responsibilities
· The Customer Relationship Executive ensures every customer interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and promptness.
· This role includes managing inquiries, booking service complaints with manufacturers, and following up until resolution.
· The position directly contributes to customer satisfaction, retention, and overall showroom efficiency.
Reporting and Compliance
· Submit daily inquiry and complaint follow-up reports to the Sales Executive.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaint bookings, and resolutions.
· Ensure compliance with showroom communication protocols and service standards.
· Adhere to company guidelines for pricing, offers, and customer engagement.
· Assist in documentation related to quotations, warranties, and service requests.
· Participate in internal audits and maintain data accuracy.
· Comply with showroom safety and hygiene standards.
Training for candidates:
· On-the-job training will be given on product specifications, showroom systems, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- • Follow up with customers who have made inquiries via showroom visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, or online platforms.
- • Maintain a daily inquiry tracker and ensure timely responses to all leads.
- • Coordinate with Sales Executives to update the status of inquiries and assist in lead conversion.
- • Handle customer complaints related to appliances, electronics, and furniture.
- • Book service complaints with manufacturers via toll-free numbers and ensure proper documentation.
- • Track complaint status and follow up until resolution is confirmed.
- • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability details to customers.
- • Assist customers with warranty claims, service requests, and post-sale support.
- • Maintain polite and professional communication across all channels.
- • Support promotional campaigns by reaching out to potential customers.
- • Help customers understand financing, warranty, and delivery options.
- • Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and service.
- • Maintain and update customer database with inquiry and complaint history.

- • Experience with CRM or Microsoft Office Suite.
- • Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing.
- • Multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer groups.
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
