Work Location: Nazareth, Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu, India 

Preference:

·         Will be given to local candidates from Nazareth and surrounding areas, including Sattankulam, Megnanapuram, Alwarthirunagari, Mukuperi, Arumuganeri, Tiruchendur, Udankudi, Kadayanodai & Eral.

 Accommodation:

 ·         FREE Accommodation is given to outstation Female candidates who want to stay and work from Nazareth. 

 Education: 

 ·         Any Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

 Experience:

 ·         Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, retail, or warehouse operations. 

 Role Overview:

 ·         The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels across the showroom and warehouse.

·         This role ensures accurate stock records, timely replenishment, and smooth coordination between purchasing, sales, and logistics teams.

·         The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining operational efficiency.

 Responsibilities

 ·         Ensure that inventory operations are executed accurately and efficiently, supporting both in-store and online sales channels.

 Reporting & Compliance:

·         Maintain accurate inventory records in digital and physical formats.

·         Submit regular inventory reports to the Accounts Executive and Showroom In-Charge.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control standards.

·         Support internal audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.

·         Adhere to safety, hygiene, and documentation protocols.

·         Monitor expiry dates and buffer stock levels to avoid losses.

 Training for candidates:

·         On-the-job training will be given on ERP, CRM, Computer Applications, and maintaining stock and Accounts.

Must Have

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the store operations.
  • Manage billing, cash handling, and financial reconciliations.
  • Ability to handle customers with a friendly and professional attitude and dedication.
  • Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and handle showroom operations efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email handling. 
  • Team player with a customer-first approach.
  • Must be a Graduate or above

Resonsibilities

  •  Candidates with a keen interest in Maintaining Accounts, Billing, POS, and learning computer applications are preferred.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Follow month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Own and address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable.
  • GST Filing.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in using ERP, POS systems & inventory software.
  • Prior Accounting experience in Retail Industry or Showroom Experience.
