·         Will be given to local candidates from Nazareth and surrounding areas, including Sattankulam, Megnanapuram, Alwarthirunagari, Mukuperi, Arumuganeri, Tiruchendur, Udankudi, Kadayanodai & Eral.

 Accommodation:

 ·         FREE Accommodation is given to outstation Female candidates who wants to stay and work from Nazareth. 

 Education

 ·         Any Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or related field.

 Experience:

 ·         Graduates with basic computer skills and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in retail marketing or brand management. 

 Role Overview:

 ·         The Marketing Executive leads the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and promotional activities across all channels.

·         This role ensures alignment between business goals and marketing execution, both online and offline.

 Reporting & Compliance:

·         Submit monthly marketing performance reports to senior management.

·         Ensure compliance with advertising standards and brand guidelines.

·         Approve promotional materials and digital content.

·         Monitor ROI and campaign effectiveness.

 Training for candidates:

·         On-the-job training will be given on ERP, CRM and Computer Applications.
