 Role Overview:

 ·         This is a full-time on-site role for working at our Showroom in Nazareth. 

Responsibilities:

 ·         The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Executive in delivering a smooth and engaging customer experience.

·         This role involves assisting with product presentation, customer service, and showroom upkeep, while helping drive sales and maintain operational efficiency.

·         This position is directly influences customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

 ·         Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.

·         Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

·         Demonstrate product features and benefits (e.g., appliances, furniture, electronics).

·         Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

·         Maintain product knowledge across all categories.

·         Process showroom and online sales transactions and manage related documentation.

·         Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sale support.

·         Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

·         Coordinate with inventory and delivery teams for order fulfillment.

·         Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns.

·         Maintain minimum re-order stock level for all categories as set by the company.

·         Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

·         Ability to negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

·         Engage effectively with customers and build lasting relationships.

Reporting & Compliance:

·         Report daily customer interactions, sales activities, and submit timely sales reports to the Sales Executive.

·         Maintain accurate records of stock movement and product availability. 

·         Ensure compliance with showroom policies and procedures.

·         Adhere to pricing, discount, and promotional guidelines.

·         Follow proper documentation for warranties, returns, and exchanges.

·         Assist in periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

·         Comply with safety, hygiene, and display standards within the showroom.

Must Have

 ·         Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in appliances or furniture.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

·         Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.

·         Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

·         Ability to handle customers with a friendly and professional attitude and dedication.

·         Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and handle showroom operations efficiently.

Nice to Have

·         Experience with CRM or Microsoft Office Suite.

·         Knowledge of interior design or home improvement trends.

·         Multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer groups.

·         Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

·         Prior experience in upselling or cross-selling techniques.

·         Familiarity with warranty and financing options.

Training for candidates:

·         On-the-job training will be given on product specifications and understanding the company policy.
