Preference:

·         Will be given to local candidates from Nazareth and surrounding areas, including Sattankulam, Megnanapuram, Alwarthirunagari, Mukuperi, Arumuganeri, Tiruchendur, Udankudi, Kadayanodai & Eral.

 Accommodation:

 Education

 ·         Bachelor’s or Master's Degree specialization in Business, retail or related field. BBA or MBA preferred.

 Experience:

 ·         Graduates with good knowledge of computer and a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in retail management and with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Showroom In-charge. 

 Role Overview:

 ·         This is a full-time on-site role for working at our showroom in Nazareth. 

Responsibilities:

 ·         Lead the overall operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

 ·         Oversee daily showroom operations and staff performance.

·         Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.

·         Ensure optimal product display and inventory levels.

·         Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints.

·         Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments.

·         Train and mentor showroom staff.

 Reporting & Compliance:

·         Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to senior management.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

·         Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and staff attendance.

·         Support audits and internal reviews.

Must Have

 ·         Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills.

·         Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

·         Proficiency in retail software and inventory systems.

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, retail, or related field.

Nice to Have

·         Experience in appliance or furniture retail.

·         Knowledge of visual merchandising and customer engagement strategies.

·         Multilingual skills.

·         Certification in retail management or operation.

Training for candidates:

·         On-the-job training will be given on ERP, CRM, Computer Applications, and maintaining stock and Accounts.

Must Have

  • • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments.
  • • Train and mentor showroom staff.


Nice to have

  • Proficiency in using ERP, POS systems & inventory software.
  • Prior Experience in appliance or furniture retail.
