Experience:

· Candidates with a keen interest in Maintaining Accounts, Billing, POS, Customers and learning computer applications are preferred.
· On the Job training will be given on computer applications and maintaining stock and Accounts

Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for working at our Showroom at Nazareth.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Assist customers with billing, product demos, and inquiries.
- - Maintain and organize product displays in the showroom.
- - Manage stock inventory and coordinate with the Chennai office for updates and restocking.
- - Handle product dispatches, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- - Collaborate with the online store team to manage product listings and delivery of showroom-based and online orders.
Responsibilities
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Must Have
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the store.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and financial reconciliations.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Ability to handle customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and handle showroom operations efficiently.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in using POS systems & inventory software.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email handling.
- Prior experience in retail or sales
